Organisation is such a crucial part of what we do as wedding florists.

We need to plan and coordinate plenty, all in advance of the day itself. So as well as our availability, this is typically why we request any future enquiries with plenty of notice.

Here’s a few of the things that Bryonia begins to organise in the months before the wedding day:

Hosting complimentary consultations to meet our future couples, to ensure we capture the perfect mood, feeling and brief

Development of original designs and creative concepts

Financial planning - budgeting, invoicing and quoting

Coordination with our chosen suppliers (this is a huge job when working with 100% British flowers)

Organising vessels, mechanics & structures

Growing some of the flowers where possible

Visiting the venue(s) for thorough site checks

Booking freelancers & support teams

Preparing packaging, calligraphy and any labels

Booking any required accommodation or van hire

Creating a setup schedule and timeline

And any general logistics or planning

As the wedding day approaches, we also plan for other elements such as cutting, processing, and allocating the required materials to create our beautiful floral pieces. However, when considering all the tasks mentioned above, this is merely the tip of the iceberg. There is an extensive amount of planning involved prior to the actual day. By meticulously addressing all these details in advance, we can guarantee a flawless and timely delivery of the chosen flower arrangements.
